Having advised Aviva on the sale of Winslade Park to Burrington Estates Pearce Property LLP have been instructed as joint marketing agents with JLL since 2020. We have advised on the marketing and letting strategy on this new multi-use office campus which has become the go to place for a lot of the Exeter out of town demand.
Winslade comprises around 170,000 sq ft of offices in Winslade Manor, Winslade House, Clyst House and Brook House with ancillary leisure and restaurant facilities on a 70 acre landscaped campus with cricket ground and amazing walks within a few minutes drive of Junction 30.
Previously the HQ for London and Manchester who relocated to Exeter in 1976 it has been recycled and has become Exeter's hidden jewel in the crown.
The phased refurbishment is now almost complete and includes a full range of occupiers from SME's in Co-working and serviced offices to major corporates on more traditional leases.
The Park has become a real business community.
