Andrew advised The Met Office on the land acquisition at Exeter Science Park for their new £97 million HPC Complex which
opened in 2017 and in 2019 Andrew advised the University of Exeter on the development of their new V- SIM Building on the Park. Andrew originally advised Devon County Council on the land acquisition from Eagle One back in 2007. That knowledge proved to be invaluable in negotiating these deals.
