Track Record: Aperture ( Wesleyan)

This has been a great success story for Pearce Property Consultants since our appointment on Aperture at Pynes Hill in 2020/2021 acting jointly with Maze consulting on behalf of Wesleyan based in Birmingham. Originally built as the new HQ for Medical Sickness in the late 80's this 80,000 sq ft building o. A 10 acre campus at the entrance to Pynes Hill has been relet to a number of tenants and includes the new Costa drive - thru.

We advised on the refurbishment and re - branding to " Aperture " on the back of a new Atrium in Aperture East.

The building achieved an EPC A rating on refurbishment and has attracted tenants including the NHS ( Integrated Combined Services ) which in the largest office letting in 2023.

Others have included Jacobs, Wilmott Dixon, Atkins Realis, AXA and Full Fibre.

And finally we advised on securing planning consent for a new 24,000 sq ft HQ office on the expansion land Wesleyan own next door. This is the only detailed live office consent in Exeter at the current time.
