Following the bounce back during Q1, Q2 and Q3 of 2021, my report highlights some of the key office deals in Exeter and Plymouth during 2021 and some of the continuing trends we are seeing in the market.
So, three keys deals in Plymouth and three of them are serviced offices/flexspace with Block agreeing terms to take space in Melville at Royal William Yard, Venaspace buying The Apex at Derriford and the NHS taking short – term space in the Range HQ.
A similar trend is evident in Exeter at Winslade Park and Clockwise in the City Centre.
We are definitely seeing a “ Flight to Quality” and more flexspace deals in the market.
