Pearce Property has been recognised by @CostarUK as #CoStarAwards winners - Most Active Disposal Office Agent (by sq ft) 2023 and Most Active Single Branch Office Agency Acquisitions & Disposals ( again by sq ft ) 2023 for Devon & Cornwall.
Having won the two same categories in 2022 this is a huge win for Pearce Property against some fierce competition!
The year included the largest office deal in the SW for Q3 including Bristol which was the letting of Milford House for Eagle One to Jurassic Fibre. Great to work jointly with JLL and Stratton Creber for the tenant.
